Youth & Teen Athletics Training

Our Youth Athletics Program is designed to help young athletes build strength, agility, coordination, and confidence in a fun, supportive environment. We offer separate classes for middle school and high school students, so each group gets age-appropriate training that supports their development.

Class Schedule:

  • Middle School (Ages 11–14):
     Wednesdays & Fridays | 4:00–5:00 PM

  • High School: CANCELED FOR SUMMER
     Tuesdays | 4:00–5:00 PM

Whether your child is already active in sports or looking to move more and build foundational strength, these classes focus on smart movement, injury prevention, and long-term athletic development.

All levels welcome!
