This class is designed for people 55 and up who want to stay strong, balanced, and confident in their bodies. The intensity and rep range will be lower than our regular group classes — but the coaching, the community, and the results are just as real.
What to Expect
Every class is coached by a Barn team member who understands how to modify movements and work safely with your body at every stage.
Every movement is fully scalable. Whether it's your first time in a gym or you've been active for decades, we meet you exactly where you are.
Classes are capped so you always get personal attention. You're never just a number — we know your name, your goals, and your story.
The intensity and rep range is deliberately lower than our regular group classes — focused on quality of movement, not max effort.

Not at all. Legends is designed to welcome people at every experience level. Whether you've never stepped in a gym or you've been active your whole life, our coaches will meet you where you are and help you progress safely.
We encourage you to let our coaches know before class. Every movement can be modified to accommodate injuries, joint issues, or any physical limitation. Your safety and comfort always come first.
We use a variety of equipment including dumbbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, and bodyweight movements — always at appropriate loads. The focus is on functional movement patterns that translate to real life.
Absolutely — that's what the $25 drop-in is for. Come try a class, meet the coaches, feel the community, and see if it's a fit. No pressure, no commitment.
