Run Strong Part 3: The Track Session

This 90-minute session is the final installment of the Run Strong workshop series, designed to help you move better, run stronger, and train with purpose. We’ve built the foundation—now it’s time to apply it.

If you missed the first two sessions no worries, all are welcome to this final installment where we will be combining everything we learned previously and building upon:

Mobility, activation, strength prep, plyometrics, skipping, and run technique.

How to effectively warm up and cool down to help mitigate injuries.

Run stride, positioning, breathing, and technique.

Culminates with a 30-minute run focused on intentional pacing and applied practices.

The cool down session will be lead by Josh from Basecamp PT and will focus on common sticking points he sees with his patients that are runners as a physical therapist. He Is offering two free 15 min assessment sessions at the end of the workshop.
