Join us for Run Strong Part 2, a dynamic 90-minute workshop where we bring the classroom to the track. This session is designed to enhance your speed, efficiency, and longevity as a runner through targeted drills and movement education.

We'll begin with a comprehensive warm-up, layering in breathwork, joint prep, and activation techniques that prime the body for explosive movement while reducing injury risk. From there, we dive into skipping and plyometric drills—foundational tools for developing reactivity, rhythm, and elasticity in the body.

These drills create neuromuscular patterns essential for improving force production, stride efficiency, and energy transfer. Skipping, in particular, offers a powerful combination of timing, coordination, and bounce—key elements for more fluid and economical running mechanics.

Next, we shift focus to run form and mechanics:

  • Arm swing, posture, and foot strike

  • Drills to reinforce proper alignment and cadence

  • Real-time feedback to build awareness and control

We'll finish with intervals and pacing strategies, helping you understand how to control tempo, build aerobic capacity, and integrate technique under fatigue—translating training to real-world performance.
