Our Programming
M-W-F is strength focused.
T-TH-Sat is strength + conditioning.

Mondays & Wednesdays. A blend of strength training, bodybuilding, & mobility work to build muscle, strong bones, and bulletproof joints.

Tuesdays. Compound lifts to build functional strength, followed by high intensity interval work to improve your aerobic capacity.

Thursdays. Compound lifts to build functional strength, followed by longer sustained effort conditioning piece.

Fridays. Strength and muscle-building with lower skill yet highly effective movements. Come chase the pump!

Saturdays. A little bit of everything and always a good sweat. Strength, conditioning, partner workouts, chippers, AMRAPs, EMOMs. You name it, we got it!
Our Services
We offer group classes for all people looking to improve their fitness.

We offer the same workout throughout the day. We welcome all levels and our coaches are well equipped to help you modify the workout to fit your needs.

Legends is for those 55 and over who are excited to get strong while improving mobility, flexibility, stability, and balance. The intensity and rep range will be lower than our regular group classes.

We offer personal training if you’re looking to build the confidence and skillset to join group class.
