Run Strong: A 3-Part Workshop Series for Runners

Hosted by The Barn in collaboration with the IPA 10k, the Run Strong Workshop Series is designed to equip current and aspiring runners with the tools to prevent injury, enhance performance, and build long-term resilience. This three-part experience blends strength training, mobility work, and plyometrics to help you bulletproof your body and hit new PRs while feeling your absolute best.

Whether you're aiming to improve your pace or just want to stay healthy doing what you love, this series has something for every runner:

  • May 24th

    • Workshop 1 @ The Barn – Build the foundation with targeted mobility, plyometric, and strength training to create a durable, powerful body.

  • June 28th

    • Workshop 2 @ Analy Track – Dive into proper warm-ups, dynamic drills, running form, and interval work to run smarter and faster.

  • July 19th

    • Workshop 3: Group Run Day – Bring it all together with a comprehensive session that fuses strength and run technique, ending with pacing work and a community group run.

Strength Training for Runners Workshop
