About the workshop
A beginner-friendly 4-week series combining kickboxing fundamentals, partner drills, mitt work, and agility training. This isn't about competition — it's about using kickboxing as a dynamic, fun way to move, connect with your body, and work hard. No experience needed. Gloves encouraged; loaners available.
Session breakdown
July 11
Foundations
Stance, footwork, guard, jab & cross combos, agility ladder, and partner mitt work.
July 18
Power + kicks
Uppercuts, 1–5 combos, round kicks, and jump rope conditioning.
July 25
Defense + contact
Contact guarding, elbows & knees, and continued strength conditioning.
August 1
Put it all together
Full combos, partner drills, and a complete circuit pulling from all four sessions.

Warmup + skills
Footwork, combos, and defensive technique with Coach Jon.
20 min
Partner drills
Controlled mitt work with rotating partners at your own pace.
35 min
Circuit
Agility work, bag kicks, and full-body conditioning.
